VROCIP.EXE
WinVROC needs the current IP address of the VROC Race List
Server. If you're not getting a race list in WinVROC, chances
are this is your problem.
You can download a small program that will automatically update
WinVROC's configuration file (vroc.ini) to inform WinVROC of
the current race list server's IP address.
Get VROCIP.EXE here:

Then just execute VROCIP.EXE and restart WinVROC.
